We're looking for passionate volunteers to help Minecraft server owners by providing friendly, helpful support via Discord and our support system.

Responsibilities

• Assist users with Minecraft server issues and questions
• Help troubleshoot plugin or modpack problems
• Provide guidance on server setup and optimization
• Escalate complex issues to the core team
• Maintain a helpful and friendly presence in the community

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Minecraft server hosting
• Familiarity with plugins, modpacks, and configuration files
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Able to dedicate a few hours per week
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team
